Easter Camp 2011 - Joint with Stella Maris Cubs - Verdala Castle - Tue 19th - Thurs 21st April 2011

This year, Easter Camp 2011 was a joint camp with Stella Maris Cubs. As we do every year, we made Verdala Castle our home for a few days! :) Between Tuesday 19th and Thursday 21st April 2011 Verdala was filled with very excited Cubs who just wanted to have FUN and experience the outdoors! Even though we had just over 40 Cubs, we still managed to hold our adventurous activities. These ranged from crate climbing to night games to laser tag and 4x4 tug of war! We also found time to go on a Night hike and even on a Nature Hike which took us all the way to Dingli Cave! Here, the Cubs had a spiritual activity thanks to our GSL followed by a couple of wide games. A craft session was also included and the Cubs even had time to make their very own Figolli at camp! The Cubs mixed very well and made friends really easily! We hope that this new friendship will be the basis for stronger Scouting values in the future! :) Easter Camp 2011 - A successful joint camp!! :D
