Beach Investiture - Boathouse - Thursday 7th August 2014

This was probably the first time that the 1st Sliema Pack held an investiture ceremony not in full uniform and moreso, on the beach! The investiture was kept a secret by leaders and parents with the Recruit Cubs being surprised on the day :) A very original idea which will be remembered by all. It was a great idea to hold it outdoors as it also gained public awareness that Cubs is not all about marching and formal uniform.
