Christmas Camp 2014 - Mellieha HQ - Fri 19th - Sunday 21st Dec 2014

The last Cub camp for 2014 was held at the Mellieha Scouts HQ Campsite. The theme for this Christmas camp was 'Reindeers'. As Christmas is a time to think of others, the Cubs created handmade Christmas cards with a special message inside. These were then distributed to the residents of the Old People's Home in Mellieha - they loved meeting the Cubs! The Cubs were also tasked with buying their own lunch for Saturday and they had to find a supermarket as a Six and within a budget, buy food which they all agreed on. The aim was to have good teamwork and to have an original and healthy menu. The Cubs then cooked their own lunch. Camp also included other fun activities and adventures such as visiting the war shelters.
